COACHING SERVICES
How does it work?
All sessions are online, which enables you to attend from the comfort of your home, during lunch, at the office or a cosy cafe that offers WiFi.
All meetings will be via Zoom and will include activities for you to complete within your own time.
Coaching will require transparency, vulnerability and willingness to change, accept input and implement strategies suggested.
cancellations, refunds & rescheduling
All sessions will be scheduled to suit your availability as well as the availability of the coach.
Appointments have to be rescheduled 2 days in advance. Regrettably no refunds for missed sessions, non-compliance or failure to reschedule in time.
Should you be dissatisfied or have to cancel your remaining sessions, you will be refunded for all unused sessions.
Sessions that go overtime will be deducted from upcoming session time. Each sessions allows for a 5 min buffering/catch up/settling in, which will not be included in your 45 min coaching session.
